Field Associate

We are looking for young and enthusiastic individuals with a curiosity towards politics and possesses immense people management skills including ability to swifty strike conversations with strangers, politicians, media personnel and other influential celebrities. This role to political consulting is that of sales and marketing personnel to a product company. The role mandates frequent travel, ability to multitask and prior planning and scheduling of your daily activities in a bid to improve your work efficiency. The role might also include managing reportees, volunteers and party workers, and shall encompass a daily schedule of collecting and analysing field data, running on-ground surveys and interviews and reporting them back to the headquarters.

**Required Qualifications**:

- An in-depth understanding of the Indian political system and the respective state’s sociopolitical dynamics including castes and communities.
- Preferable 1-3 years’ experience in Sales/ Field operations/ social work etc.
- Dedication towards the work in hand and willingness to travel and work all week.
- Cross-functional liaising ability and ownership in strategizing and executing long term and short-term initiatives as the Project demands
- Complete proficiency in spoken Kannada.
