Sales Executive

_**Roles and Responsibilities**:_
- Identify and target potential clients in the IT services sector. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Effectively communicate the value propositions of our IT services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Use this information to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations for clients. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals.
- Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project implementation.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of field sales experience in the IT services industry.
- Understanding of IT services, solutions, and industry trends. Ability to discuss technical concepts with clients and internal teams.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey complex information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to identify client needs and provide effective solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
