Montessori Faculty

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Deliver interactive and informative lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to both students and parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience
- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance student learning
- Keep accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in professional development activities to improve teaching skills and stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field
- Teaching certification preferred
- 0-2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an English language learning environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Subject Expert
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with teaching technology

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
