**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Training Delivery:

- Ensure students gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various beauty techniques, tools, and products.
- 2. Student Mentorship:

- Provide individual attention and guidance to students, helping them improve their skills and confidence.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Prepare students for certifications and job placements in the beauty industry.

3. Technical Expertise:

- Demonstrate proficiency in skin treatments, hair styling and treatments, and professional makeup techniques.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and products in the beauty and wellness industry.

4. Operational Support:

- Assist in managing training schedules and ensure timely delivery of all training modules.
- Ensure a well-maintained and hygienic training environment, keeping all tools and products organized.

5. Collaboration and Reporting:

- Work closely with the training coordinator and other team members to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Maintain records of student attendance, assessments, and certifications.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a beauty trainer or professional in the beauty industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in skin, hair, and makeup.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching.
- Certification or diploma in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field.
- Ability to mentor and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in beauty services.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with disadvantaged communities or in social impact projects.
- Familiarity with the latest beauty trends and technologies.
