**Responsibilities**:
1. Design and Planning: Collaborate closely with the international studio to develop and execute innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior designs for various hospitality projects.

2. BIM Modeling and Management: Work proficiently on BIM modeling, utilizing Revit for detailed tasks, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

3. Project Collaboration: Engage with both the local and international team, contributing to all phases of the project, from conceptualization to construction.

4. Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest level of quality throughout the project, complying with relevant regulations and standards.

5. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, ensuring complete satisfaction with the final product.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s preferred).

2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior designing and hospitality projects.

3. Proficiency in Revit and other relevant BIM software.

4. Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

5. Ability to work effectively with international teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
