JOB TITLE: QUANTS FACULTY
- Conducting Sessions for Quantitative Aptitude for competitive exams.
- Handling doubts pertaining to Quant Ability content taught in the class.
- Mentoring of students in accordance with the mission & vision.
- To teach with passion and enthusiasm with the primary aim of achieving the targeted score of the students.
- Preparing study materials for students with interactive sessions and practical learning.
- Should have the ability to think out of the box and create new techniques to improve the performances of the students.
- Conducting workshop, seminars and in-house events on the regular basis.
- Prepare course material (video lessons, study notes, practice questions, etc.) for the students.
- Maintain a student-friendly attitude at all times and create a healthy learning environment.
- Monitor the progress of the students and provide feedback/suggestions for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering or any other relevant field from a leading Indian or international institution.
- Prior experience as a faculty or in content development for Quantitative Aptitude.
- Flexible for Online and Offline Mode of Teaching

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
