Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive IELTS lesson plans that cover all sections of the exam, including listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Instruct students in language skills, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation necessary for the IELTS exam.
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to help students identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
- Administer practice tests and mock exams to assess students' progress and readiness for the IELTS exam.
- Analyze test results and provide strategies to enhance students' performance in specific sections.
- Teach effective time management and test-taking techniques to help students optimize their IELTS experience.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment that builds students' confidence and fluency.
- Stay updated with the latest changes and trends in the IELTS exam and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Create and curate study materials, exercises, and resources to support students' preparation.
- Track and document student progress, attendance, and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in English language, demonstrated through a high IELTS score or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey concepts and provide feedback effectively.
- Experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or IELTS preparation courses.
- Knowledge of IELTS exam content, format, and scoring criteria.
- Ability to tailor instruction to students' individual needs and learning styles.
- Familiarity with IELTS study guides, practice materials, and resources.
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable teaching approach to cater to diverse student backgrounds.
- Previous experience as an IELTS instructor or tutor (preferred but not required).
- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (preferred but not required).
