**We are looking for a cheerful and confident AYUSH/Dentist, who is comfortable with English communication.Who is Interested in Business Development Role and can Join Immediately.**

**Vehicle and Driving License is must as it is a field visiting job. This job is purely into Business Development and where travelling is must. Being a Business Development Manager you need to visit minimum 6 Schools daily to meet the School Management and describe them about the Healthcare services that AddressHealth is providing for School Children to generate Business Leads. Proper Training will be provided after your joining.**

**Working Timings: 9 am to 5 pm**

**Days of work: Monday to Saturday**

**Sunday Fixed off**

**Remuneration: Fixed Salary + Travel Allowance + Incentives**

**Detailed Job Description**

**You, as Discovery & Engagement Manager, School Health Program, would be the interlinking force between our organization and schools/preschools in Bangalore, where we are conducting our School Health Program. You will on one hand have to build a rapport with your target schools, impress them regarding the importance & urgency of health delivery in schools, coordinate the execution of the events around the Program. You will also have to present to schools regarding the professionalism of AddressHealth and seek their interest in our School Health Program.**

**Key Role/Scope**

**The following are the essential areas of work for the position**:

- School Liaison: To develop and maintain a professional relationship with top school authorities.
- **Concept Promotion & Presentation: Talking to school management about the concept of school health, convincing them about the need for comprehensive preventive school health Programs.**:

- **Coordination & Execution of school health Programs: To coordinate available resources to ensure the proper on-time execution of all activities of the school health Programs.**

**Your monthly salary would starts from Rs 25000/-. It can be higher if you have the requisite experience and talent. You will also be eligible for incentives, based on achievement of targets. All work related travel, mobile bills and incidental expenses are reimbursed by the company. You will receive a laptop and mobile phone from the company to help you smoothly carry out your work. The work timings will be from 9 to 5 (Mon to Sat)**

AddressHealth Products/Services In Schools: AddressHealth provides various school health services that are designed by a team of pediatricians, public health experts, child psychiatrists, psychologists, nutritionists and other health professionals. The services include:

- Health Checkup & Screening
- Medical Room / Tele-infirmary
- Mental Health Services
- Health Education with Workbooks

These services are currently reaching a large number of children in Bangalore & Hyderabad with Health Check-up being delivered in over 150 schools (~200,000 children). The first two products are of strategic importance in the context of this role.

AddressHealth Child Specialty Clinics: AddressHealth runs child specialty clinics, which offer comprehensive pediatric primary health care. Located in growing parts of the city, in schools or nearby, they will offer high quality, pediatric primary care to the children in each community

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
