We are hiring an experienced Content writer (exclusively for blog writing) to write clear and concise content. Your words will inform and engage target audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with AI content writting
- An eye for both newsworthy angles and commercially targeted content.
- A knack for writing short and succinct copy that keeps the reader engaged.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and adjust on the fly.
- Great time management skills and must be able to meet deadlines. Be a team player who can also work autonomously.

**Qualifications for Content Writer**
- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
- Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions
- Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
- Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with each client's requirements and the company's brand image, services.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print
- Write captivating headlines and teasers to ensure a high level of content engagement across our site and key social media platforms.
- Review and refresh site content on an ongoing basis to ensure it is always relevant and optimised for the needs of our users.
- Ensure all published content meets our standards for accuracy, grammar, tone and quality.
- Collaborate on projects with inhouse specialists in data, marketing, SEO and PR.
- Keep abreast of developments in digital media, content marketing and social media content.
- Completing writing projects, meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications
- Revising content whenever customers or clients request changes
- Helping create style guides or suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and clear
- Conducting research on any given topic
- Optimizing articles for SEO and accessibility
- Writing engaging content for blogs,video scripts, infographics
- Identifying gaps in content and recommending new topics
- Editing content to ensure voice, grammar and style is on point
- Creating and scheduling posts for multiple social media channels
- Staying up to date on industry trends to support content development
- Distilling complex concepts and language into content that is easily
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding and style
- Managing and completing work on time for multiple content writing projects
- Working with content strategists to build editorial calendars
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in digital media and use search/keyword tools to always improve content.

**Skill needed**:
A content writer must have a great attention to detail and the ability to draft creative and unique content at scale. They must be able to manage simultaneous projects and fit into the culture and brand of a company.
