Prepare SAM/time study for all styles

Evaluate operator performance and training needs by preparing operator grading report/skill matrix

Grading for new operators

Raise requests for machinery, folders and attachments

Process improvement to reduce cost, changeovers, defects, waste and rejection

Batch setting with the production supervisors

Monitor line performance in terms of quality, delivery, cost-efficiency, and target improvements with the internal factory team and taking necessary corrective action

Coordinate with purchase/QC team in case of any issues related to raw material, production etcIn case of critical issues, coordinate with the factory head to take corrective actions

Track hourly production, and clear bottle necks

**Should be willing to frequently. And Work 10 hours per day**

**Qualification**:BTECH/ B.E IN INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING/ FASHION TECHNOLOGY(preffered)**
