**Job Description**:
Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Intern at Hichki Cafe, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our community. You will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across various platforms to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Monitor social media channels for customer interactions and respond promptly.
- Assist in developing social media campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

2. Content Creation:

- Design eye-catching graphics and write compelling captions for social media posts.
- Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality photos and videos of our cafe, food, and events.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.

4. SEO and Website Management:

- Help maintain and update our cafe’s website with fresh content and promotions.
- Assist in optimizing website content for search engines to improve our online visibility.
- Track website analytics to understand user behavior and suggest improvements.

5. Advertising:

- Assist in creating and managing online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Monitor ad performance and suggest adjustments to improve ROI.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
