Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement placement strategies: Design and execute effective strategies to enhance job placement opportunities for students/employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry requirements.

2. Establish and maintain industry connections: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential employers, industry associations, and recruitment agencies to foster partnerships and facilitate placement opportunities.

3. Conduct career counseling sessions: Provide guidance and support to students/employees regarding career options, resume building, interview techniques, and professional development to enhance their employability.

4. Coordinate placement activities: Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions to connect students/employees with prospective employers. Manage the end-to-end placement process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-placement talks, and facilitating selection procedures.

5. Liaise with academic departments: Collaborate with faculty members and academic departments to align curriculum with industry requirements, ensuring students are equipped with relevant skills and knowledge.

6. Track and analyze placement data: Maintain accurate records of placements, internships, and job offers. Analyze placement trends, industry demands, and feedback from employers to make informed decisions and improve placement strategies.

7. Provide training and workshops: Conduct workshops, seminars, and training programs on topics such as resume writing, interview skills, and career planning to enhance the employability of students/employees.

8. Stay updated with industry trends: Continuously research and stay informed about industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career opportunities to provide relevant guidance and advice to students/employees.

9. Develop career development resources: Create and update career-related resources, including job portals, databases, and online platforms, to support students/employees in their job search and career exploration.

10. Collaborate with alumni networks: Engage with alumni networks and leverage alumni connections to provide mentorship, networking opportunities, and industry insights for students/employees.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Career Counseling, Business Administration)
- Proven experience in career counseling, recruitment, or related roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of industry trends, job market dynamics, and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with career development tools and resources
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 - 30 per week

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.99 per month
