**Receiving and Inspection**:

- Receive incoming raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM).
- Inspect materials for quality and quantity.
- Record received materials accurately.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain updated records of stock levels.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials.
- **Dispatch Preparation**:

- Prepare materials for dispatch.
- Ensure proper packaging and documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch.
- **Stock Audits and Reconciliation**:

- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile stock variances and discrepancies.
- **Tally Operations**:

- Utilize Tally software for inventory management.
- Record transactions accurately.
- Generate reports as required.
- **Storage and Safety**:

- Maintain proper storage conditions for materials.
- Monitor expiry dates and FIFO (First In, First Out) system.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- **General Duties**:

- Assist in general housekeeping of the store area.
- Support in the maintenance of store equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Tally software.
- Knowledge of RM, PM, and dispatch processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
- Located within commuting distance of Kolgaon, Palghar.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
