**Job Description**:
1.The Bot Admin shall be involved in the Hypercare & monitoring of Post Go-Live Bots. An average of 3-5 days will be hypercare period.

3.Determination of root cause of incidents (configuration vs. defect). Liaison with appropriate teams for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve incidents.

4. Timely Communication of issues & workaround plans with Business.

5.Logging issues and corrective actions in tickets logs for future references.

7.Creates and maintains appropriate documentation under RPA Support team to ensure up to date inventory of infrastructure and processes.

8.Monitor exception alerts for all bots & perform bot restarts, health checkups, and monitoring.

9.Contribute to automation, causal analysis, and the development of shared/common solutions.
