We are urgently hiring for Data Entry Operator for our Dwarka Sector 28, Delhi location:
Experience: Min 1 - 2 years in courier industry

**Salary**: between 15,000/- to 25,000/- (as per company standards)

**Job Title: Data Entry Operator - Courier Department**

**Job Overview**:
A Data Entry Operator in the courier department is responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to the shipment and delivery of packages. They play a crucial role in maintaining an organized and efficient workflow within the department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**:

- Input accurate and timely data into the system related to incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure data integrity and correctness in tracking information.
- **Shipment Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including waybills, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Verify the accuracy of shipment details and resolve discrepancies.
- **Tracking and Monitoring**:

- Track the movement of packages using the courier's tracking system.
- Monitor delivery timelines and update the status of shipments regularly.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate with courier drivers, warehouse staff, and other relevant personnel to obtain and update shipment information.
- Respond to inquiries from customers regarding the status of their shipments.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Identify and address any issues or errors in the data, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve shipment-related problems.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and organized records of shipments, including details such as sender information, destination, and delivery status.
- Archive and store records as per company policies.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entered.
- Implement quality control measures to minimize errors.
- **Adherence to Policies**:

- Follow established company policies and procedures related to data entry and courier operations.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or courier industry.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and external contacts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
