Shift In-charge

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Assistant Manager Process / Shift in Charge / Asst. SIC is responsible that all departments workforce meet ENA & other products production goals without any loss. Ensure that the products maintain quality standards whilst managing the equipment’s. Monitor costs during the production process. Ensure health and safety compliance. Ensure compliance as per standards.
- Ensures the efficient utilization of production operations to produce high quality product within the prescribed standard operating procedures for safety, quality, cost, environmental, and compliance
- Ensures reliability and consistency of production, product quality, governmental compliance, employee safety, and environmental impact
- Responsible to Plan direct and ensure controls for the entire process activities of the distilling operations right from Liquefaction, fermentation, Evaporation & Distillation.
- Responsible to manage of team of 24.
- Responsible to send daily process report and chemical composition report to Production Manager.
- Responsible to ensure that 20 various chemicals’, water etc. are available for production.
- Oversee routine preventative maintenance on equipment and infrastructure in collaboration with distillery staff.
- Adheres to and advances a 'Safety Always' culture.
- Maintain a clean and stable work environment through CIP (Clean in Place) procedures and solid general housekeeping practices in collaboration with Distillery staff
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Performs routine preventative maintenance on equipment and infrastructure in collaboration with distillery staff.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulation.
- Responsible for Innovation and continuous improvements.

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:

- B.SC with preference in PGDIFAT
- 10-15 yrs of experience working in a Distillery industry and supervising distillation of ENA
- Knowledge across all facets of the ethanol process including: Milling, Liquefaction, Fermentation, Distillation, Evaporation, Decanter, Dryers Boiler, and water treatment, or part of is preferred.
- Experience of managing a large team
- Advanced critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently in order to communicate effectively with team members within and external to department.
- Experience in project Management and supervision of budgets

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 per month
