**Department / Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Our team leads all strategic financial modeling across Company, capital raising, investor relationships and diligence responses, and transaction execution and documentation
- Create and maintain financial models and underwriting, including cash flow projections, fund-level waterfalls and IRR calculations, DCF and NPV valuations, sum-of-the parts analyses
- Prepare presentations and marketing materials, including pitches, responses to diligence requests, and various modeling exercise outputs for investors, senior executives, and Board of Directors
- Collaborate with the team and groups across the organization to generate new ideas, advance existing initiatives, and assist with special projects on an as-needed basis

Preference:
Working Shift/ arrangement: US Shift (1:30 PM - 10:30 PM - IST)

**Skills**:
**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree and MBA / CA / CFA with financial markets understanding a plus.
- Experience (4-6 years): prior experience in banking, financial Services and / or real estate firm preferred. Highly analytical mindset.
- Technical: Intermediate-advanced skills in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.
- System: Prior experience in using Yardi, Tableau, and SQL preferred.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Must react quickly to requests with a sense of urgency.

**Salary**: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
