Seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team. Responsibilities include providing expert advice on corporate legal matters, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer legal counsel on corporate transactions and business operations.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure corporate compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Taking care of works related to the general affairs of the company.

**Qualifications**:

- LLB or LLM degree and an active advocate bar license is required.
- Proven experience in corporate law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication in English, Malayalam and Hindi

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ernakulam, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
