**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Promotion**:
- Actively promote and sell the company's fertilizer products to agricultural customers / farmers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing Farmers while expanding the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
**2. Customer Relationship Management**:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific fertilizer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
**3. Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the features and benefits of the company's fertilizer products.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the advantages of our products.
**4. Market Analysis**:
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance product positioning and promotional activities.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Graduation is compulsory
- preference Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field / general B.Sc.
- experience in agricultural sales, preferably in fertilizer or related products.
- Strong understanding of marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented
