Cake Maker

**Baking and Preparation**: Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, including sponge cakes, fruit cakes, cheesecakes, and specialty cakes, following established recipes and procedures.
- **Cake Decoration**:Design and decorate cakes with icing, fondant, and other decorative elements according to customer specifications and bakery standards.
- **Quality Control**:Ensure all baked goods meet the bakery’s quality standards in terms of taste, texture, and appearance.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, and inform the Head Baker/Owner when stock needs to be replenished.
- **Sanitation and Safety**: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhere to food safety standards, and follow health and safety regulations.
- **Customer Service**: Interact with customers to take custom cake orders, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other bakery staff to coordinate baking schedules and meet daily production goals.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
