**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Business Development:
◦ Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, one to one meeting and referrals.

◦ Conduct thorough research on the local market and industry trends to develop effective sales strategies.

◦ Meet or exceed sales targets by showcasing the benefits of solar renting models and convincing customers to opt for our solar rental solutions.

2. Customer Relationship Management:
◦ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solar renting solutions.

◦ Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

◦ Regularly follow up with existing customers to foster long-term relationships and explore opportunities for upselling or referrals.

◦ Maintain proper sales pipeline and follow them up from time to time.

3. Product Knowledge and Promotion:
◦ Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our solar rental services to potential customers.

◦ Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote solar awareness and generate leads.

4. Collaborative Team Player:
◦ Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and execution of the tasks.

◦ Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, learnings, and best practices for continuous improvement.

5. Reporting and Analysis:
◦ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed using our CRM system.

◦ Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

◦ Knowledge of MS-excel Plus is big plus

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 1 years of on field sales experience in any field (solar industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present and promote products to potential customers.
- Knowledge of solar energy and its benefits will be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using MS-Excel software desirable.
- Marathi and Hindi language are desirable.
