**Responsibilities**:

- Developing the visual style, design and overall look of the game
- Creating beautiful, engaging game characters, assets and environments
- Collaborate with the Production team in tracking and managing art assets from start to finish.
- Working closely with prototyping and testing out ideas with our UX artist and Game Designers.
- Participating in art reviews and being receptive to feedback and art direction
- Proactive in problem solving any art issues from a creative and technical standpoint.
- Ability to appropriately estimate the timelines for tasks and partner with creative and technical leads where required till execution.

**Experience & Skills required**:

- Previous experience in game development and making game art.
- Should be confident in creating characters, weapons, environments and iconography for a anime styled game
- Capability to independently create concept sketches and final renderings/tweaks.
- Proficient in using Photoshop and vector tools.
- Should be able to work in Game UI.
- Take responsibility for your work when given the freedom to work independently
- Modesty and respect when receiving feedback from your team
- Having experience in working in Unity is a plus
- Being able to create Illustrations is a plus
- Passion for games, especially shooters
