Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers and monitor patients' responses.
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing interventions as directed.
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
- Assist healthcare providers with medical procedures, such as wound debridement, catheterization, and specimen collection.
- Set up and maintain medical equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
- Perform basic medical procedures, such as taking blood samples, inserting intravenous (IV) lines, and administering injections.
- Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections in healthcare settings.
- Advocate for patients' needs and preferences in the healthcare decision-making process.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during times of illness or distress.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Document all nursing interventions, medications administered, and changes in patients' conditions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to patient documentation and record keeping.
- Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and address any issues or concerns.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care policies and procedures.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
