Nurse in Charge

To assist Nursing Head in all administrative jobs related to management of Nursing, and Diet services.

To assess & solve departmental day to day problem in coordination with Nursing Head.

To make sure there are no complaints from the patients regarding Nursing, Housekeeping, Air-conditioning, Plumbing, Mosquitoes and diet.

To ensure & coordinate for timely transfer of patient from one ward to other Ward.

To ensure all consumables / disposables, emergency drugs are stocked in adequate quantities and unused medicines are returned to the pharmacy, one month before the expiry date.

To follow Hospital policies and procedures.

Ensuring complete harmony by managing interpersonal conflicts and addressing

grievances of the teammates.

Monitoring the productivity and efficiency of the team mates in delivery of quality care and achieving complete customer satisfaction.

To ensure that at least bed is always ready for patients requiring admission.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- shahibaug Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad - 380004, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospital: 2 years (preferred)
