Job Title: Customer Support Executive and Sales Coordinator(prepare PI)
Location: pego hardware
**Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Assist with product information, pricing, and order processing.
- Coordinate sales activities and communication between departments.
- Manage sales-related administrative tasks such as order entry and invoicing.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Contribute to the development of customer support and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and sales coordination roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
