Farm Supervisor

**Job Title**: Farm Supervisor - Organic Farm

**Location**: CHALISGAON, DISTRICT JALGAON, MAHARASHTRA

**About Us**: At GREEN COUNTRY ORGANIC FARM, we are passionate about sustainable agriculture and producing high-quality organic products. Our farm is dedicated to growing healthy, chemical-free produce while promoting environmental stewardship. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated supervisor to help oversee daily operations and contribute to the growth of our farm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the daily management of farm operations, including planting, cultivation, and harvesting.
- Supervise farm workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Oversee and manage polyhouse operations, including temperature control, irrigation, and crop rotation.
- Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and pest management using organic farming practices.
- Assist with farm inventory, purchasing supplies, and managing resources.
- Coordinate with the Farm Manager on production planning, crop rotation, and organic certification requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping and managing farm schedules.
- Ensure compliance with organic farming standards and environmental regulations.
- Support in marketing farm products and engaging with the local community, including farm tours and events.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc Agriculture degree is must
- Experience in organic farming or agriculture is preferred.
- Knowledge of polyhouse management and related systems (ventilation, irrigation, etc.) is required.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and organic certification processes.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of farm equipment and machinery maintenance is a plus.
- Passion for sustainable agriculture and eco-friendly practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
