This profile shall provide you with a learning platform to strengthenyour practical knowledge in Consulting through constant and comprehensiveexposure to various aspects like Market research, report writing, etc. Notrestricting you to anyone sector is an attempt that we make in order to ensureyou have an all rounded experience in different sectors/industries. In addition, the freedom of operation and dynamism will encourage you to test your ownlimits and develop holistically.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
1.Assist foreign clients in industry set-up
- Liaise with state Government bodies e.g. MIDC, MPCB, MSEB, DIC, etc. in order to procure all necessary permits/ approvals with respect to setting up an industrial unit/warehouse - This would include.
- Liaise with private real estate consultants in order to identify and evaluate private industrial facilities, warehouses etc.
- Prepare a database of key stakeholders’ contact details.
- Prepare process flow chart with respect to procuring different approvals.
- Follow-up with relevant officials to ensure timely progress.

2.Location planning
- Visit various available sites, carry out required research and validate information (across cities)
- Assist in the preparation of a comparative module for the site visits.
- Assist in concluding the comparison and recommend favorable sites for setup.

3.Conduct market research and feasibility studies

4.Research
- Company Analysis for Commercial Due Diligence
- Company Analysis for partner search and other services
- Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations
- Preparing industry research reports
- Secondary Responsibility:

- Support various activities in relation to the business advisory practice. This includes active participation in strategy-development, product / service lines, positioning, collateral building, etc.
- Supporting business development and sale
- Communicating - Listens to, understands and communicates confidently with others in a clear, concise, polite and purposeful way
