**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet patients, visitors, and vendors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Manage patient inquiries and schedule appointments accurately using the electronic booking system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist in maintaining patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patients receive necessary paperwork and information.
- **Patient Assistance**:
- Provide information to patients regarding services offered, billing inquiries, and insurance verification.
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
- Coordinate with medical staff to address patient concerns or emergencies promptly.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to relay relevant information or updates.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
