**Must have Skills**: Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design

**Key Responsibilities**:
1 Liaising with the customer technical representatives

2 Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features

3 Client escalation management, stake holder management

4 Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer

5 Troubleshoot issues with Storage Deployment

6 Storage Technology operations management

Technical Experience:
1 Deep technical knowledge on all Hitachi storage products like VSP, VSPG1000, VSPGx00, HNAS

2 xperience in HP Storage arrays, XP, EVA, 3 PAR and MSA

3 Knowledge on Hitachi Replication

4 Knowledge on Hitachi CCI

5 SAN Fabric knowledge like Brocade, Cisco

6 Knowledge on Hitachi softwares like HCS, HDCA, HIAA, HDA, microcode and firmward upgrades

7 Should have knowledge on Windows OS, Linux, VMware ESXi

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
