We are looking for a talented and creative Content Writer and Creative Strategist with 4-6 years of experience. This role will play a crucial role in developing compelling and engaging content across platforms for our diverse portfolio of clients and brands. Your responsibilities will include crafting impactful copy, generating creative ideas for social media campaigns, and ensuring brand messaging consistency. If you have a passion for storytelling, a strong understanding of content strategy, and a proven track record in content creation, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop compelling copy that captures the brand's voice, aligns with the target audience, and communicates key messages effectively.

Conduct thorough research to gather insights and information necessary for content creation, ensuring accuracy and credibility.

Generate creative ideas and concepts for social media campaigns, considering current trends, audience preferences, and platform-specific best practices.

Write and edit social media posts, captions, and ad copy, optimizing them for maximum engagement and impact.

Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to develop visually appealing and multimedia-rich content assets.

Ensure brand messaging consistency across all content channels and campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines and client requirements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, content marketing strategies, and emerging platforms, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Conduct content audits and assessments to identify opportunities for content optimization and performance enhancement.

Collaborate with clients to understand their feedback and incorporate revisions to meet their expectations and objectives.

Monitor content performance and metrics, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for future content strategies.

Stay informed about SEO best practices and implement them in content creation to improve search rankings and organic visibility.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field. A writing portfolio is required.

4-6 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related role, preferably in an agency setting.

Strong writing skills with a versatile writing style that can adapt to different brands and tones of voice.

Proven track record of creating engaging and persuasive content for various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and marketing collateral.

Familiarity with content ideation and strategy, understanding how to craft content that aligns with brand objectives and target audience preferences

Excellent command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation, with a keen eye for detail.

Creativity and the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas for content campaigns.

Strong research skills and the ability to gather information from credible sources.

Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and SEO practices.

Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance and derive actionable insights.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and interact with clients.

A passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices in content writing and social media.
