**Responsibilities**:

To ensure maximum recovery of value from disposal of all the used and unserviceable engineering spares, components, consumables, chemicals, packing materials, Plant, Equipment#s & Machinery etc / unused obsolete / Surplus items / equipment#s/ Product waste / sludge.

The responsibilities include
- Timely reporting of critical issues and performance on on-going basis.
- Identify potential customers (other organisations, vendors, traders, material exchanges etc.) and create strong and effective disposal networks.
- Preparation of comparative statement, negotiation with the respective vendors to obtain best price and prepare & propose contract for approval.
- Coordinating with various stake holders for satisfactory execution of the contract -RFQ process, Collection of offers, Inspection by bidders, Payment col, and dispatch of material.
- Prepare and maintain the documentation.
- Members/Head of Commercial Department for Closure of contract, Refund, Forfeiture, Blacklisting of customers, any deviations of SOP and approval, filing BoE, customers formalities and Implementation of Policy/SOP on need basis
- Members/Head of Material Department for approval for disposal, lot preparation ,Closure of contract, Refund, Forfeiture, Blacklisting of customers, any deviations of SOP and approval, Implementation of Policy/SOP on need basis
- Members/Head of other departments at Site and HO w.r.t to HSE, security, Technical, Engineering, Admin ,HR and HO - commercial on need basis

**Education Requirement**:

- BE / B.Tech is preferred
- Knowledge of operational safety or having relevant experience across functions (procurement, maintenance etc.), industry (oil and gas, petrochemical, utilities etc.) would be beneficial

**Experience Requirement**:
3 to 5 years experience

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Analytical bend of mind
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of equipment and process/maintenance activities
- Commercial acumen
