**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Conduct property showings, provide expert advice, and guide clients through the buying and selling process.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a minimum of 1.5 years of experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- 2 wheeler mandatary
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property values.

**Salary**: From ₹10,284.00 per month
