Brief Job Description:5-7 years experience in IT and open to work on no code platform
- Writing and debugging code
- Troubleshooting software issues
- Working closely with developers to improve product's functionality
- Develop new products and build on top of existing products using the no code platform
- Creating development documentation system for new and existing products
- Create a robust no code back end and optimise workflows to provide the smoothest customer experience
- Understand product feedback and make improvements in the software as per the said feedback
- Attending developer meetings
- Participating in code reviews and quality assurance activities
- Participating in estimation discussions with the product team
- Continually improving coding skills

5+ years with NodeJS (preferably MEAN stack) / Microsoft technology stack
- Experience with use of Web Services
- Smart communicators - should have expirience with independently interacting with the customer (Excellend communication skills)
- Having worked at offshore or onsite for US based clients) Able to mentor junior team members
- Strong empathy for the customers
- Strong understanding of data structures and database systems
- Basic UI/UX skills
- Be open to giving and receiving feedback
- Design oriented thinking
