**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive for **Subham Plaza **at **Jorhat(Assam)**. The Sales Person will be responsible for managing the sales operations of the IT and mobile phones category, achieving sales goals and objectives, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Person will also be responsible for maintaining good relationships with clients and handling sales-related queries and complaints.

**Qualifications**
- Sales and Marketing skills, including experience in managing sales operations and achieving sales targets.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Customer service skills, including the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
- Previous experience in sales for conusmer electronics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
