Dog Trainer

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced dog trainer to join our team. The dog trainer will be responsible for working with dogs and pet parents to teach basic obedience commands, correct behavior problems, and improve overall communication between the dog and parent.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments of dogs to identify behavior problems and create individualized training plans.
- Teach basic obedience commands such as sit, stay, come, and heel.
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to train dogs and modify behavior.
- Work with dogs and parents to address specific behavior problems, such as barking, biting, and jumping.
- Educate parents on how to reinforce training techniques at home.
- Maintain accurate records of each dog's progress and training history.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and training methods in dog training.
- Participate in community outreach and training events as needed.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Certification from a recognized dog training program such as the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT).
- At least 1 year of experience as a professional dog trainer.
- Deep understanding of canine behavior and training techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and their dogs.
- Ability to tailor training plans to individual dogs' needs and learning styles.
- Patience and compassion when working with dogs and parents.
- Ability to work in a variety of environments and with dogs of all breeds and temperaments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to travel to clients' homes or other training locations.
- Must be comfortable using technology to communicate with clients and track training progress.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
