**JOB TITLE**:Executive (Finance)

**WORK LOCATION**: Sonipat

**JOB PURPOSE**

Primary responsibility is to support the finance department in day-to-day operations, assisting in financial analysis and reporting tasks and work with seniors to ensure that company’s financial goals and objectives are being met.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervision of accounting of land-owning companies and maintenance companies.
- Assisting to seniors in direct and indirect taxation matters.
- Preparation/Finalisation of Financial Statements of land-owning companies.
- Preparation of management information as per requirement.
- Assist in implementation of ERP in real estate division.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date recording of financial transactions using accounting software or manual ledger systems.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATION**
- Minimum Qualification: CA Intermediate
- Prior experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the real estate industry, will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assist in financial analysis and reporting tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and financial modelling.
- Efficient time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 per year
