Job Role & Responsibilities
- Execute equity capital market transactions such as initial Public Offering(IPOs), Qualified Institutions Placement (QIPs), Right Issue, Open Offer, Share buyback and Liaise with external intermediaries - Legal advisors ,Stock exchanges and SEBI.
