Role Overview:
The Receptionist & Telecaller plays a pivotal role in our organization by serving as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. This position combines traditional receptionist duties with telecalling responsibilities, focusing on converting leads and providing exceptional customer service over the phone.

**Responsibilities**:
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.

Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services.

Manage appointments and scheduling for clients and staff.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Telecalling Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads with the aim of converting them into customers.

Follow up on leads generated through various channels, such as website inquiries, marketing campaigns, and referrals.

Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.

Provide product or service information, pricing details, and other relevant information to potential customers.

Use persuasive communication skills to overcome objections and close sales.

Maintain a database of contacts, leads, and interactions using CRM software.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist or telecaller, preferably in a customer-facing role.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English as well as Kannada.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.

Proficiency in using office equipment, including telephone systems, computers, and CRM software.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or sales is a plus.
