Job Overview:
The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering soft skills training programs to college students. The trainer will work closely with faculty members and administrative staff to identify training needs and tailor programs to enhance students' communication, interpersonal, leadership, and other soft skills essential for personal and professional success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop soft skills training programs tailored to the needs of college students.

2. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on topics such as communication skills, teamwork, leadership, time management, and emotional intelligence.

3. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content as needed.

4. Collaborate with faculty members and department heads to integrate soft skills training into the curriculum and co-curricular activities.

5. Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to students to support their personal and professional development.

6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training and incorporate relevant innovations into training programs.

7. Create and maintain training materials, resources, and tools to support ongoing learning and development.

8. Assist in organizing events, workshops, and seminars related to soft skills development for students, faculty, and staff.

9. Collaborate with career services and placement offices to align soft skills training with students' career goals and job market demands.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating soft skills training programs, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, faculty, and staff.

5. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

6. Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques for measuring soft skills proficiency.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Passion for education, student success, and lifelong learning.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
