Hair Technician

**Job Title: Hair Technician**

**Location: West Bengal/Bihar/Jharkhand/Odisha & North East India**

As a Hair Technician/Expert you will be the face of our technical resources, educating & training Salon owners, Hair Technicians about product information and right usage of the com, and driving sales. Your goal is to create a positive product/brand experience, achieve sales targets, and build customer loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Helps clients decide their ideal haircut and hairstyle.
- Completes haircutting techniques, including trims, layers, and texturizing.
- Performs hair treatment like Keratin, Botox, Straightening, Hair Spa & others
- Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos.
- Upsells clients on products and services.
- Develops ongoing relationships with clients.
- Keeps a clean station and sanitizes all tools.
- Follows all salon policies and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
