**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit the bank to collect bills and ensure timely payments.
- Reach out to vendors to obtain quotations for various services and products.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
- Coordinate with team members to align on budgetary needs and project requirements.
- Follow up with vendors and banks to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Assist in organizing and planning leisure activities based on budget constraints.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
