Job Description: Drone Instructor

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and deliver comprehensive drone training programs for individuals of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced users.

2. Design and conduct practical hands-on sessions, workshops, and classroom lectures to educate participants on drone building, technology, and operations.

3. Create engaging instructional materials, including presentations, videos, and written guides, to support the training programs.

4. Provide guidance and mentorship to students, assisting them in overcoming challenges and improving their drone piloting skills.

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in drone technology, regulations, and safety practices to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.

6. Demonstrate and teach the proper techniques for FPV making and flying, focusing on safety, maneuverability, and best practices.

7. Train participants in the assembly, configuration, and calibration of Pixhawk drones, enabling them to understand the underlying principles and components.

8. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them progress and achieve their learning goals.

9. Maintain and organize the training equipment, ensuring all drones and related tools are in proper working condition.

10. Assist in the development of new training programs and curricula to address emerging trends and technologies in the drone industry.

Qualifications:
1. Strong passion for drone building and technology, with a deep understanding of various drone components, systems, and their functionalities.

2. Extensive experience in FPV making and flying, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FPV systems.

3. Proficiency in building and configuring Pixhawk drones, with a thorough knowledge of the Pixhawk flight controller and associated software.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

5. Demonstrated teaching or training experience, preferably in the field of drones or related technologies.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

7. Up-to-date knowledge of drone regulations and safety guidelines, including understanding airspace restrictions and operating limitations.

8. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

9. Patience and empathy to work with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.

10. Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on advancements in drone technology and teaching methodologies.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
