Assistant Coordinator

**Roles and Responsibilities of Assistant Coordinator**
- To organize daily Schedules, appointments & Meetings.
- Minutes of meetings (MOM) of every call, collecting the action Items and keeping the Director updated.
- Follow up and coordination with other departments
- Coordinate all travel arrangements when required.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Provides administrative support to clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- International clients communication ability ( UK & US).
**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
