**What you will be doing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to edit and optimize video content for various digital platforms, including but not limited to social media, YouTube & websites
- Understanding the script or storyboard and translating it into visually appealing and compelling video content
- Edit raw footage (English / Hindi) into polished videos that align with the brand's aesthetics and messaging
- Incorporate music, sound effects, transitions, graphics, and visual effects to enhance video quality and storytelling
- Ensure consistency in branding, style, and tone across all video content
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing techniques
- Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for video content
- Troubleshoot technical issues and solve problems creatively during the editing process
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to tight deadlines

**Must-Have Skills**:

- 1-3 years of experience in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging video content. _(We are not too fussed about the number of years. Experience is simply a proxy for capability, which is what we really care for)_.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise of Premier Pro and After Effects.
- Knowledge and experience of Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Understanding of different types of color grading & audio editing techniques.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their respective video formats and best practices.
- ⁠Creative thinking, a keen eye for visual storytelling & strong sense of aesthetics
- Awareness of latest trends and techniques in video editing
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Collaboration skills

**Good-To-Haves**:

- Working knowledge of AI Video Generators
- Working Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
