- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align telecalling efforts with broader lead generation strategies.
- Manage and update the customer database with relevant information from client interactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation and sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
- Proven ability to follow up on leads and close deals efficiently.
- Familiarity with lead management tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in sales or telecalling, especially in a marketing or service-based company.
