**Project Coordinator**
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within our organization. You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients and collate the data as required.
- Track project tasks and milestones, ensuring that deadlines are met and that project progress is accurately documented.
- Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communication, both internally and externally. This includes distributing project information, scheduling meetings, and facilitating discussions among team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and other relevant records. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to project team members.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and work with project managers to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Assist in the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the organization's quality standards and objectives.
- Prepare regular status reports and updates for project stakeholders, summarizing project progress, issues, and risks.
- Support project managers in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring that changes are properly documented, reviewed, and approved.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and methodologies within the project management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- 3+ Years of proven experience in project coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
