Are you a creative and skilled Photographer with a keen eye for detail and the ability to transform images through editing? High Heads Private Limited, a leading company specializing in customized clothing and e-commerce products, is looking for a dynamic Photographer and Photo Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you'll capture stunning visuals that showcase our products and enhance our brand's visual identity.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Photography**:Capture high-quality images that meet the creative direction and objectives of various projects, including events, products, portraits, and more.

Utilize your artistic eye to compose shots, choose appropriate lighting, and set up equipment to ensure outstanding results. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand their vision and requirements for each project.
- **Photo Editing**:Edit and retouch photos to enhance their quality, ensuring they align with the desired aesthetic and purpose of the project.

Use photo editing software to adjust colors, lighting, and composition, while maintaining a natural and authentic look. Manage post-production workflow, including selecting the best shots, cropping, and optimizing images for various platforms.
- **Creative Collaboration**:Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for photo shoots that align with the brand's visual identity.

Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall quality and impact of visual content.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Take responsibility for the proper maintenance and organization of photography equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition for each shoot.
- **Model Shoots **:There would be indoor and outdoor model shoots to enhance our brand identity and for better marketing of our premium products.
- **Deadline Management**:Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and meeting deadlines.
- **Qualifications**:Proven experience as a Photographer, supported by an impressive portfolio showcasing your photography and editing skills.
- Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) for enhancing and refining images.
- Strong knowledge of photography techniques, lighting, composition, and equipment usage.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into captivating visual narratives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Extensive experience using professional photography equipment and accessories.
- Proven track record of working in studio and on-location environments.
- Portfolio showcasing your ability to capture various styles of product photography and editing techniques.
- Familiarity with e-commerce product photography is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in video shooting and editing.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their visual requirements.

**Salary**: ₹20,800.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
