- Managing the full recruitment life cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and on boarding.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment process and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
