Center In-charge

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
This position will be responsible for the day today activities of the center and will ensure that the center function is organized and efficient and produces operational efficiencies.

a) He/she will be responsible for driving the revenue growth as well as bringing in operational efficiencies in the Centre.

c) Converting Inquiry into admissions implementing through business developments executives.

d) Outdoor Marketing Campaign in their territory.

e) Should participate in Lead Generation activities by way of creating Events, Road Shows and in-centre activity.

f) Staff Retention.

g) Parent Engagement.

h) Academic Implementation.

i) Revenue Maximization.

j) Counselling the students over the study and coordinate with the faculties and placement officers

k) Regular follow-ups with students and parents with BDEs

**Salary**: ₹325,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Center Management: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Tamluk, West Bengal: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
