Position Overview:
As a Quality Inspector, your role is vital in ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards and specifications. You will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and evaluating various components, materials, and finished products to ensure they meet the required quality criteria. By identifying defects, deviations, and non-conformities, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the overall quality of the organization's products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspection and Testing:
Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.P

erform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using various tools and equipment.

Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and document them accurately.

Conduct functional and performance tests to evaluate product reliability and functionality.

Use testing devices and software to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Assurance:
Monitor and enforce adherence to quality control procedures, standards, and guidelines.

Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues during the manufacturing or assembly process.

Assist in developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and standards.

Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and other quality-related data.

Prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and other quality-related documentation.

Communicate quality-related issues and findings to relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems.
- Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and product quality enhancement.

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve quality control procedures and practices.

Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in quality assurance.
- Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma Engineer or Higher

Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and methodologies.

Familiarity with testing equipment, measurement tools, and quality assurance Documents.

Ability to use Vernier and Micrometers.

Ability to interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and engineering drawings.

Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
